M24Seven chooses ProcessVine’s VOIPFUSE software for its SIP trunking services

M24Seven (formerly Metronet (UK), M247 and Venus Business Communications) has chosen ProcessVine’s VOIPFUSE software to deliver number provisioning including porting, fraud management and reporting enhancements to its SIP trunking services. M24Seven is one of the UK’s leading connectivity and infrastructure providers. Owning its own global network, it has over 34,000 business customers in 92 countries and now employs some 230 people. The VOIPFUSE service will help M24Seven maintain the highest levels of reliability required by its exacting customer service standards.

VOIPFUSE will integrate through API’s into M24Seven’s Ribbon’s (formerly Genband) S3 SBC to provide automated processes. It will also be connected to M24Seven’s portal as well as Salesforce.com and will take rated call information from the PRD billing system.

The service is due to go live by Q2 2018.
