NFON UK was established in April 2013 with a strategy to build channel partnerships.

NFON UK needed an automated order management system that could manage multiple tiers of distribution partners, offer a white label option and deliver tangible efficiency benefits.

NFON UK selected VOIPFUSE from ProcessVine to provide its out of the box VoIP order management system. Being fully customisable, the additional features required by NFON, particularly around the complex process of number management and number porting, were swiftly incorporated by ProcessVines’s flexible development team.

The system was launched in July 2016 and is now being used by all of NFON’s UK partners.
