VOIPFUSE integrated into Genband’s NUViA PaaS

ProcessVine has announced that VOIPFUSE has been integrated into Genband’s global NUViA platform as a service. VOIPFUSE not only furnishes VoIP service providers selling NUViA with a fully automated order, provisioning and service management system but it can also be up and running in just a few days saving significant CAPEX and months of development time.

As well as managing the end to end process, ‘quote to cash’, VOIPFUSE has well developed portals for the VoIP provider, its channel partners and end users. Integrated into Salesforce.com, VOIPFUSE is unique in its ability to manage the complexities of running and selling VoIP systems from a single log in.

VOIPFUSE’s user interface, built separately from its core on open API’s, enables full customisation by the VoIP provider. In addition, full white label options are available throughout the channel hierarchy.

VOIPFUSE is already integrated into Genband’s CS20 switch for providers operating their own network.
